Full engagements
One fixed fee, paid on a schedule you agree to.
Every full engagement is priced as a fixed project fee, paid at intervals set in your contract. You receive a written proposal first, and the contract spells out everything about your project.
Work begins when the contract is signed and the first payment is received.
For an interim executive, the engagement typically runs 4–6 months, and the work varies with each contract and need.
